Cancellation Policy
All new clients are required to complete an initial consultation, including a review of medical history, current health, and aesthetic goals. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, fees may apply. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling. Pricing is discussed during consultation and may change with prior notice. Payments are due at the time/before of service, and all treatments are non-refundable. However, adjustments may be offered if needed within 14 days. We comply with all privacy regulations, ensuring your information is protected.
