Cancellation Policy
All new clients are required to complete an initial consultation, including a review of medical history, current health, and aesthetic goals. Clients must disclose any relevant conditions and sign a consent form prior to treatment. All personal information is kept confidential and securely stored. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, fees may apply. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling. Pricing is discussed during consultation and may change with prior notice. Payments are due at the time/before of service, and all treatments are non-refundable. However, adjustments may be offered if needed within 14 days. We comply with all privacy regulations, ensuring your information is protected. While we maintain the highest safety standards, individual results may vary, and we are not liable for unforeseen outcomes.
